University College London Energy Institute: The Energy Systems team develops various types of energy systems models, which study the interactions between the energy system, the economy, the environment and technology. The Energy Systems team will host a research visit to explore in detail the potential contribution of their models to the aims of the fellowship and will sit on the project advisory board.

Oxford University Environmental Change Institute: Hosted at the ECI, ITRC MISTRAL is the second phase of the Infrastructure Transitions Research Consortium and aims to develop and demonstrate the next generation of models, methods and tools that are needed to inform strategic infrastructure system decision making across scales from local to global. MISTRAL will run until 2021 and will extend our analytical capacity across different scales of decision making, thereby helping to inform decision makers in devolved administrations and local authorities. ECI also manages the Data and Analytic Facility for National Infrastructure hosted at STFC in Harwell.
